About Mike Woods MCIAT

Mike Woods established Concept Architectural Services in Sept 1995, initially based in Neath. The practice is currently located in the upper Swansea Valley in Ystradgynlais.

In 2005 Mike designed and Built his own home in Penycae and subsequently won the Home and Renovation and Daily Telegraph Self Build Award.

Over the years Concept has Designed and Project Managed many Residential and Commercial Developments, including some well known Executive Housing Sites in the Swansea area, namely Channel View Horizons Langland, Stephenson Road Killay and Llwynderw West Cross, as well as numerous individual houses. Due our many years of experience working with all the local authorities and the Private Building Control services we have established a very good relationship to ensure as smooth as possible building project
